Dead Space 2 Demo!

Surprise!!

It's here! Well.. part of it is here. The Demo is here! you can download it now on Xbox Live! and you should totally do it because it is super duper awesome cool!






For serious though, it is an excellent demo. I have not the first clue where in the game it takes place, but I believe that is sort of the point. The most one can gather is you are on one of Saturn's moons, Isaac woke up in a hospital on The Sprawl, and sometime after that, the events in the demo take place. As the demo loads up, the player is welcomed by a synopsis (brief, but informative) of the events that transpired in Dead Space as Isaac and crew when to explore the derelict Ishamura.

...where the hell did I park?

The demo covers all basis needed to make a perfect teaser to this ridiculously anticipated game. There are startling Necromorph induced horror moments, as well as a creepy seemingly labyrinth like environment that keeps you inching around cornors waiting for the next baddie to jump out at you and viciously rip your spine out from you head. Or something.... too much? Well.. Necromorphs are mean. You will also get to experience all the old mechanics that made Dead Space unique and exciting, as well as some of the new features. Like 0G flying around awesomeness!

So you should totally go downloadl it. It's a pretty big download that will take some time, but it is absolutely worth the time. If you are up to burning a good 20mins of fantastic anticipation building greatness, go play the Dead Space 2 demo, now available on Xbox Live!
