In an early morning tweet, Notch (aka Markus Persson) alleged that lawyers representing Bethesda Softworks had contacted him, claiming that his upcoming game "Scrolls" infringes on The Elder Scrolls V trademark. "Just got a letter from Bethesta's (sic) lawyers," the tweet reads. "They claim 'Scrolls' infringes on their trademark and everyone will confuse it with Skyrim."
Notch also posted a photo of the 15-page letter:
Bethesda has not confirmed Notch's statement yet, and Notch has since tweeted "I still <3 Bethesda. This is hopefully just lawyers being lawyers." This blog hopes Notch's optimism proves correct, as we're big fans of both parties involved. Cheers.

hermano, explicame esto, porque pienso que (quizás) si lo entiendo, podré entender tu entrada: ¿qué mierda es "Scrolls"?
I think your pictures are messed up.
"Scrolls" is a game currently under development by Notch, the fellow who made Minecraft. "Scrolls" is gonna be an online collectible card game where you battle other people and stuff.
Hello Dude,
Nice information! Trademark is used by a manufacturer to distinguish its products from those of another company. The best-known type of trademark violation is known simply as infringement. Thanks a lot for sharing with us...
